How do I submit feedback about the L16?

We want to hear from you (yes, you!) on how we can make the L16 a better camera and a better overall experience. We’ve designed the Feedback app on the L16 to be the quickest and easiest method to share your thoughts. It’s simple – you enter some feedback on a form, and the L16 automatically sends any and all relevant information to our software team for further inspection.




Here’s how you can navigate to the Feedback app  to submit feedback:

  1. Swipe down once from the top of the screen.

  2. When the Android menu appears on the right, tap the Circle icon to go to the home screen.

  3. On the home screen, tap the app called "Feedback."


First, you’ll be asked what kind of input you’d like to share with our team. Select one or multiple options and hit next. If none of the options seem quite right, you can hit “other,” and we’ll take it from there.

Once you’ve made a selection, you’ll be asked to enter your email and to type in your feedback. Simply enter any relevant feedback you’d like to share with the team here.

Whenever you’re finished, just hit “Done.”

Your L16 needs to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to send feedback, so if you aren’t already connected, you will be prompted to do so. Tap “connect to wi-fi now” to connect your camera to the internet. If you’re away from Wi-Fi, don’t worry – just tap “save and send later” and we’ll automatically send the log the next time you’re back online.

Once you’ve connected, hit the triangle icon on the right side of the screen to be taken back to the feedback app. 

To exit, just tap “done” again and you’ll be returned to the camera’s home screen. Thank you for helping improve the L16 for the future!
